Effective immediately, BOEN Services welcomes the arrival of Susan Ward as Director of Sales and Marketing to the management team. Ms. Ward has held several leadership roles with an increasing level of responsibility in Business-to-Business (i.e. B2B) credit and collections over the past twenty years. Most recently, Ms. Ward has held the position of National Credit and Collection Manager at HD Supply Canada where she implemented policy and procedures that greatly reduced the company's risk exposure and reserve allocation, increased cash flow, as well as, developed and implemented SOX compliancy for A/R and cash processing departments.

Previously, Ms. Ward was Commercial Sales Manager - Eastern Canada with Equifax where she successfully managed 12 sales associates in meeting the evolving requirements for the business sector in minimizing their credit risk and improving the bottom line.

Ms. Ward will assume the responsibility of supporting and developing the sales channels for BOEN's Paradox360 product and services brand for the North American market segment.
